Everyday Discipleship
Before you are a leader, you are a disciple. Jesus has sought you, saved you, and lovingly calls you to follow Him today and every day. And yet walking with Jesus as a disciple can look and feel different every day. Discipleship usually doesn’t happen only mountaintops or only in valleys—it takes shape in the everyday moments, rhythms, and seasons of life. It happens at work and in living rooms after long work days. It happens in honest conversations with each other, in prayer requests that invite us to carry one another’s joys and burdens, and in the slow, faithful work of walking together with Jesus.

This Everyday Discipleship matters—that’s why we’re excited to gather as leaders for this training. God has called you to be a disciple, but He’s also entrusted you with people to lead and disciple. And He’s placed you in these everyday spaces where real discipleship and formation happen—and your faithful presence matters more than you may realize.

Our hope is to remind you of and encourage you in:

• the beauty and blessing of being a disciple
• the call and opportunity of making disciples right where you are
• the privilege and joy of helping people to take next steps in discipleship together

We’d love for you to join us as we reflect on the call and opportunity of Everyday Discipleship.

• WHO: All current and potential leaders. This includes primary leaders, leadership team members, and group members who show leadership potential.
• WHAT: City Group Leader Training
• WHEN: Saturday, February 21st, 2026 from 9:00am-12:00pm. (doors open at 8:30am)
• WHERE: Citylight West
• WHY: To help connect as leaders for encouragement and equipping for living as disciples and making disciples. every day

A light breakfast will be provided at 8:30am and lunch will be provided at noon.

Registration Deadline is Monday, February 16th.
